Exchange Policy


Patrizia Moreira Finest Jewelry and Accessories offers only exchange, not refund. If in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, we accept exchange on all unworn items within 7 within 7 days of delivery of your order. 

From the date your order arrives at your door, we give you 7 days for you to exchange. If you decide your piece is not for you, reach out to us to initiate your exchange. All items must be returned in its original condition, if not you will be responsible for any loss in value and needs to be returned with its original packaging.

EXCLUSIONS: 
Exchanges are accepted for the majority of our products with the exception of the following:

  • Earrings: All Earrings for sanitary reasons
  • Final Sale items: Any piece listed as final sale.
  • Custom orders: Any jewelry piece we do not carry on our site.
  • Specialized orders: If we order a piece in a gold color, custom chain length, or ring size that we do not carry on our site.
  • If a parcel is lost or sent to the wrong address provided, it is not in our ability to refund or exchange the item.

Pieces that we cannot accept exchanges for are marked as final sale on their product page to ensure complete transparency. Please read this carefully before making your purchase!

Once your exchange is received and processed, we will notify you via email that we have received you item(s). There will be an 8% handling charge for all exchanges, additionally service fees will not be refunded (i.e. Shipping and Rush fees). 

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping services or purchasing insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your shipped item.
